Marina Optics is an online optical store based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, founded by a qualified optometrist. We sell sunglasses, prescription eyeglasses, contact lenses, computer glasses, and accessories. We operate 4 physical stores in Tamil Nadu and 2 stores in Kuwait (Fahaheel).

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) for India orders and Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) for Kuwait orders.

• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual product colour may vary slightly due to display settings.

• All products are 100% genuine and sourced from authorised distributors.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, and Net Banking via Razorpay.

• Kuwait orders are accepted via WhatsApp only — no online payment is required at this time.

• In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a substitute or a full refund.

• For prescription eyeglasses and contact lenses, you are responsible for providing a valid, current prescription.

• You may be asked to upload a prescription during checkout.

• Marina Optics is not responsible for errors arising from an incorrect prescription provided by the customer.

• We reserve the right to decline an order if a prescription appears invalid or unreadable.

• We ship pan-India. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or events outside our control.

• Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before payment.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available at marinaoptics.com/return-policy. Key points:

• 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Opened contact lenses and custom prescription lenses are not returnable.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All content on marinaoptics.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Marina Optics and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marina Optics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
