All online payments are processed by Razorpay (razorpay.com), a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Marina Optics does not store credit/debit card numbers or UPI credentials. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs data collected during payment.

Prescription files you upload during checkout are stored on AWS S3 (Amazon Web Services) in a private, access-controlled bucket. These files are accessible only to Marina Optics staff for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not share prescription data with any third party except as required to complete your order.

To deliver your order, we share your name, phone number, and delivery address with our shipping partner (Shiprocket / courier companies). This is strictly limited to what is needed for delivery.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep items in your cart between visits

• Understand how visitors use the site (via anonymised analytics)
